This policy explains what personal information CurioQuantum ("we", "us") collects through this website and our products, including vSynco, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email privacy@curioquantum.com, or write to us at 52, S2, Pushpa Marg, Krishna Colony, Ramgarh Mod, Jaipur - 302002, Rajasthan, India.
Information we collect on this website
- Trial requests: your name, work email, company, job title, the number of seats you request, your Salesforce edition, whether you use Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook, the email addresses of people you ask us to enable, and any message you include.
- Contact messages: your name, email, company, topic and message.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser user agent when you submit a form, used to prevent abuse and spam.
We use this information only to respond to you, set up and support your trial, and keep our forms free of abuse. We do not sell it. This website does not use advertising cookies. It remembers your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage, which never leaves your device.
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical information about your browser to tell people from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Information vSynco processes
vSynco synchronises calendar events, contacts and tasks between Salesforce and Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook on behalf of each user who connects their accounts. To do this it processes:
- Account details: your name, email address and Salesforce organisation and user identifiers.
- Sign-in credentials that allow vSynco to act on your behalf. These are encrypted before storage.
- Synced records: calendar events (including titles, times, locations, descriptions and attendees), contacts and tasks, as needed to keep both systems in step.
- Sync logs: a record of what each sync did, which can include event, attendee and contact details. Logs are encrypted at rest and deleted automatically after 365 days.
vSynco uses this information only to provide the sync you configure, to show you what it did, and to support you when you ask. Our support team can read your sync logs only while an administrator in your organisation has granted access; that access always expires and every log opened is recorded.
Google user data
vSynco's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We use Google Calendar, Contacts and Tasks data only to provide the synchronisation features you set up in vSynco.
- We do not transfer this data to others except as necessary to provide the service, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with your notice.
- We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
- No person at CurioQuantum reads this data unless you have given permission (for example, by granting support access), it is necessary for security purposes, or to comply with law.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine learning models.
Microsoft user data
If you connect Microsoft Outlook, vSynco uses your Outlook calendar, contacts and Microsoft To Do data only to provide the synchronisation features you set up. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI or machine learning models.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run our services:
- Amazon Web Services (United States): hosting, storage and email delivery.
- Cloudflare: bot protection on website forms.
- Salesforce, Google and Microsoft: the services you connect, under your own agreements with them.
Retention
We keep trial and contact requests for as long as needed to respond and manage our relationship with you, and delete them on request. vSynco sync logs are deleted automatically after 365 days, and you can delete a log sooner yourself with the Clear log button. When you disconnect an account in vSynco we delete the access we stored for it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing privacy@curioquantum.com. You can disconnect Salesforce, Google or Microsoft from vSynco at any time, and you can also remove vSynco's access from your Salesforce, Google or Microsoft account settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
Security
We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and time-limited support access. See our Security page for details.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
