Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and of CurioQuantum's products, including vSynco (the "Service"). By requesting a trial or using the Service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

1. Trials

Free trials are offered at our discretion, for up to four users and normally for 30 days. We set up each trial manually and may decline or end a trial at any time. Trials are provided as-is, without any service commitments.

2. Your accounts and data

• You are responsible for the Salesforce, Google and Microsoft accounts you connect and for having the right to sync their data.
• You keep all rights to your data. You grant us permission to process it only as needed to provide and support the Service.
• You are responsible for configuring syncs, including filters, conflict rules and deletion settings, to suit your needs.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in breach of law or of your agreements with Salesforce, Google or Microsoft;
• attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorised to access;
• interfere with, overload, or try to reverse-engineer the Service; or
• resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written agreement.

4. Subscriptions and fees

Paid use of the Service is governed by the order or quote we agree with you, including fees, number of users and term. If there is a conflict between that agreement and these terms, the agreement wins.

5. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change the Service over time. Sync depends on Salesforce, Google and Microsoft, whose own availability and API changes are outside our control.

6. Confidentiality and security

We treat your data as confidential and protect it as described in our Security page and Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in a written agreement with you, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Ending use

You can stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On request after you stop, we will delete your data except where we must keep it by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will revise the date at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
