What syncs
Three things your team updates all day
Calendar events
Meetings booked in Google Calendar or Outlook show up as Salesforce events, and the other way round.
- Choose the date window to keep in sync
- Attendees matched to Salesforce records by email
Contacts
Keep your address book and your CRM in step automatically, with zero spreadsheets.
- Exclude whole email domains
- Preview a sync before anything is written
Tasks
Follow-ups created in Salesforce land in Google Tasks or Microsoft To Do, so nothing slips.
- Pick which task lists to sync
- Limit by due date, or skip undated tasks
Features
In control of every sync
Sensible defaults out of the box, and the settings you need when your process is particular.
Two-way or one-way
Decide which way changes travel for each sync: both directions, or one side only.
Your rules for conflicts
When the same record changes on both sides: most recent wins, Salesforce wins, Google or Outlook wins, or leave it alone and note it in the log.
Sync only what matters
Narrow each side independently with Salesforce filters, ownership rules, date windows and Outlook categories. A record has to pass both to sync.
Runs on a schedule
Syncs run automatically every 15 minutes, 30 minutes or hourly, with every 5 minutes available on some plans.
Alerts when it matters
Get an email if a sync fails, and see the last and next run for every sync on one dashboard.
A log of every run
Each run is logged so you can see exactly what was created, updated or skipped, and why. Clear a log yourself whenever you like.
How it works
Up and running in minutes
- 1
Connect Salesforce
Sign in with your own Salesforce account. vSynco acts as you, with exactly your permissions.
- 2
Connect Google or Outlook
Sign in to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 the same way. No passwords are shared with us.
- 3
Choose what to sync
Pick calendar, contacts or tasks, set your filters and conflict rule, and vSynco takes it from there.
Built for Salesforce admins
Set org-wide defaults once and every new sync your users create inherits them. Mirror your Salesforce sharing model so vSynco only ever writes to records a user is allowed to change.
- Org-wide default filters and options
- Sharing model that matches your org
- Org-wide settings restricted to admins
Secure by default
vSynco acts as each user, with exactly their permissions. Credentials are encrypted, logs are access-controlled, and support only sees your data when you say so.
- Secure sign-in, never passwords
- Encrypted credentials
- Time-limited, revocable support access
FAQ
Questions, answered
How does the free trial work?
Free trial seats are limited, so request yours early. Ask for 1 to 4 people using the trial form, with either Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook. We set up your account by hand, usually within one business day, and email you when it is ready. Trials run for 30 days.
Does vSynco work with Outlook as well as Google?
Yes. Each person connects Salesforce plus either Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook, so a team can use both. Outlook needs a Microsoft 365 work or school account; personal Outlook.com accounts are not supported.
Do you store my Salesforce, Google or Microsoft password?
No. You sign in to each service directly, so vSynco never sees your password. The access they grant vSynco is encrypted before it is stored.
What happens if a record is edited on both sides?
You choose the rule for each sync: the most recent edit wins, Salesforce wins, Google or Outlook wins, or vSynco leaves both alone and records the clash in the sync log.
Can an admin set defaults for the whole company?
Yes. Salesforce admins can set org-wide defaults that new syncs inherit, including filters and a sharing model that mirrors your Salesforce org-wide defaults, so vSynco only writes to records a user is allowed to change.
Can your support team see my data?
Only if you let them. Support can read your sync logs only while you have granted access. Access always expires, you can revoke it at any time, and every log support opens is recorded.
How much does vSynco cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your team. Start with a free trial, or email sales@curioquantum.com for a quote.
